Joni, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of FØRM, brings more than three decades of design leadership spanning advertising, publishing, digital media, and interiors. Her career began at some of New York City’s leading agencies, where she developed a sharp understanding of visual storytelling, brand strategy, and the psychology of engaging audiences—skills that now inform her distinctive approach to interior design and home staging.

As Partner and Design Director of her first startup, StylHaus, Joni helped define the creative methodology that established the company as a successful staging platform, blending editorial sensibility with market-driven design. With FØRM, she has expanded that vision into a practice that merges the precision of advertising with the emotional resonance of interiors, creating spaces that are not only beautifully composed, but strategically designed to connect with buyers and elevate the value of every property.

Joni’s work is rooted in the belief that great interiors, like great campaigns, tell compelling stories and inspire action. She divides her time between Brooklyn and Shelter Island, New York, with her husband David and their dog, Pocket.

JOAQUIN JOSEPH

Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Joaquin was shaped by a culture rich in art, texture, and a strong sense of place—an influence that stayed with him as he grew into his creative identity. 

His career began in Los Angeles real estate before moving to New York City, where he focused on commercial and retail leasing, developing a deeper understanding of how people experience space at scale. 

He ultimately returned to design, where he balances intuition with intention, focusing on how spaces feel as much as how they function. 

Now based in Brooklyn with his dog Chewie, he’s drawn to spaces that feel natural, lived-in, and quietly expressive.
